**FRONT DESK CLERK – Full-Time (CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING)

Responsible for greeting patients, making appointments, taking payments and handling provider schedules and update patient information in practice management system. Performs some data entry and balance cash payments at the end of the day. Must maintain confidentiality of patient information. Functions as a member of a collaborative health care team to create and maintain a Patient Centered Medical Home. Qualifications include H.S. diploma. Great interpersonal skills and customer oriented. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment. Ability to work variation of hours and willingness to cross-train. May rotate through the different clinic sites at any given time. Ability to work well under stress and maintain calm under pressure. Six month to one year experience in a medical setting or related field preferred. Available transportation and valid TX driver’s license. 

**LVN – Full-Time

Responsible for carrying out functions of the Adult Medicine dept. within the LVN scope of practice. Prioritize and assess patients for urgent and non-urgent medical needs based on clinical protocols, policies and provider availability. Provides appropriate interventions for provider team. Works closely with medical and ancillary staff to coordinate care based on the Patient Centered Medical Home model. Will take a lead role in EHR training, documentation, chart auditing and QA activities leading to clinic accreditation (i.e. NCQA accreditation) and use of patient portal. Trains and monitors the work and technical skills and works side by side the Medical Assistants. Must have a current LVN TX license. One year hospital experience preferred. Candidate must be compassionate and possess great customer service skills, attention to detail in a fast paced setting. Organizational and computer skills and experience with electronic health record. Bilingual in order to communicate effectively with providers and patients. From time to time, may be assigned to multiple sites or work variation or extended hours.

R. PHARMACY TECHNICIAN – Part-Time

Responsible for entering prescription into pharmacy system to generate prescription labels.  Prepares, package and distributes medications as prescribed by Center physicians.  Set up medications for Pharmacist.  Orders and receives pharmaceuticals, maintains stock, inventory and cleanliness of the pharmacy.  Completes necessary documentation.  Interacts and responds to patient’s inquiries and displays courtesy among patients and staff.  Follows safety guidelines and BCHC policies and PCMH standards.  Performs pharmacy duties as prescribed by the Texas Board of Pharmacy.  Qualifications include H.S.  Diploma or equivalent.  Formal education or on the job training.  Certified and Registered with the TX State Board of Pharmacy. Attentive to detail and accuracy in a fast paced setting. Great organizational skills and ability to multi task with attention to detail.  Great customer service skills and bilingual strongly preferred.  Other duties as required.
